COVID-19

Dear guests,

Your health and well-being are our top priority. We want you to feel completely at ease here in the Crystal Hotel - your home in the Graubünden mountains - and to be able to enjoy your vacation in a completely relaxed manner.
In order to protect you and our team as well as possible, we have created a protection concept with extended hygiene measures for our house.
We rely on your understanding and cooperation in implementing and complying with the protective measures.

Rest assured: all measures have been checked in detail and implemented in such a way that you can continue to count on the high quality standard you have come to expect. Nothing stands in the way of a restful and relaxing mountain vacation, which you have certainly deserved now!

For us, too, the current situation is new and requires a rethink in many areas - in some cases even a redefinition of the familiar everyday hotel routine.
The entire team at the Crystal Hotel is highly motivated and strives to offer you maximum comfort and an unforgettable time in the Graubünden mountains. If something does not go quite as smoothly as planned, we ask for your forbearance. Of course, we are always looking forward to your feedback - ideally on site, so that we can react immediately.

We always have an open ear for your questions and requests.

Protection concept COVID- 19 hotel in general

  • Access and entrance to the restaurant, bar and Wellfit is only permitted with a valid certificate.
  • In other words: without a valid certificate our guests may not enter our Restaurant, Bar as well as the Wellfit.
  • At the check-in you will have to present your certificate. This will be verified by our staff for its authenticity.

PUBLIC AREAS

In the public areas, every guest without a valid certificate and staff MUST wear a protective mask. Exceptions only apply to employees who are alone at the workplace and work behind a plexiglass protective device.
Disinfectant dispensers are available in the public areas and at the entrances. Please use this especially when entering the hotel.
We have to carry out admission controls in some areas of the Crystal Hotel.
We ask for your understanding and recommend that you, for example, reserve wellness and spa appointments or table reservations in our restaurant before your stay.

We have tightened our hygiene standards, which are already very high. For example, all public areas are cleaned and disinfected several times a day.

On request, you can purchase reusable masks and gloves in our reception. There is no mask requirement with a valid certificate in the Crystal Hotel.

We kindly ask you to notify us during your stay if you feel unwell and in this case to inform the reception team from your room.
If you wish, our team will put you in discreet contact with a local doctor.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Our team continues to greet you with a smile, we are not shaking hands at the moment.
In order to keep the minimum distance during check-in / check-out, we have on
Front desk plexiglass partitions set up. If several receptionists are present, they must wear a protective nose mask, as in the back office area.

All items that are given to you for personal use upon check-in are thoroughly disinfected in advance.

Information material and brochures can still be found in our information displays. Take your personal copies with you. However, we would like to ask you not to put the brochures back in the display.
At the moment, however, we do not offer personal room tours, as our team is instructed not to enter your private areas or only in your absence (e.g. for cleaning). We would be happy to explain the most important things to you at check-in.

ARRIVAL DRIVE SERVICE

We would be happy to bring your luggage in front of your room. Our porters wear gloves on request.

If you arrive by train, we will be happy to pick you up at the St. Moritz train station. Here, too, we follow the instructions of the BAG and transport fewer guests per trip. If you arrive by car, our porters can park the car with gloves and masks on, upon request.

ROOM & ROOM SERVICE

We do not display brochures, magazines or room folders in your room either.
However, you also have the option of doing this digitally with a QR code that you simply scan with your smartphone.
Hiking and bike maps and writing materials are available from reception.

Our housekeeping team will only enter your room when you are not there. Please use the corresponding card on the outside of the door to show us whether you are in your room.
Our housekeeping team strictly adheres to the stricter requirements and wears gloves while cleaning your room.

As in the past, highly efficient, disinfecting professional cleaning agents are used to clean the rooms and lingerie.
Only the guests who are intended for this room are allowed to stay in the respective rooms. (also no guests from other rooms).

RESTAURANT GRISSINI

Access and entrance to the restaurant is only permitted with a valid certificate.

As usual, our Chef de Service will meet you at the entrance to the restaurant and bring you to your table.

In order to ensure that there are only the permitted number of guests in the restaurant, we can only assign tables with a prior confirmed reservation. Please reserve your table in the restaurant at check-in or before arrival.

We are happy to bring the menus and wine lists to your table. However, you also have the option of doing this digitally with a QR code that you simply scan with your smartphone.
Our service and kitchen team strictly adheres to the tightened hygiene regulations that apply. Please understand that we have redesigned classic etiquette, for example when serving the food, in accordance with the currently applicable regulations.
The service staff must wear a mask.

PIANO BAR

Access and entrance to the bar is only permitted with a valid certificate.

As usual, the bar is open from 4 p.m. to midnight.

We will be happy to bring the bar cards to your table.
However, you also have the option of doing this digitally with a QR code that you simply scan with your smartphone.

Our service at the bar strictly adheres to the strict hygiene regulations that apply.

Please understand that we have redesigned the classic etiquette, for example when serving the drink or food, in accordance with the currently applicable regulations.

The bar staff must wear a mask.

SEMINARS & EVENTS

In the seminar area, too, we strictly adhere to the applicable guidelines and special protective measures.
Are you planning a seminar, an event, a company or private occasion? Our event team will be happy to provide you with information on the current options and provide you with our separate security concept for the seminar area.

WELLFIT & SPA

Access and entrance to the Wellfit & Spa is only permitted with a valid certificate.

Compliance with the general hygiene measures of the Federal Office of Public Health (BAG) are the basis of the protection concept and are mandatory
The already high hygiene and cleaning measures are reinforced (disinfection of surfaces, door handles, etc.)

The therapists and guests wear protective masks during all treatments.

After each customer, the couch and the work material are disinfected
A plexiglass spit guard protects the sales and checkout areas
We strongly advise against treatment for people with serious illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, circulatory diseases, chronic respiratory diseases, diseases and therapies that weaken the immune system

BACKSTAGE

The entire team at the Crystal Hotel has been trained. Regular updates and briefings ensure that the protective measures set up on our site are adhered to precisely and reliably.

In order to check, ensure compliance with and implement our security concept, we have appointed Mr. Jorge Pereira as a suitable security concept officer.
