Activity, fresh air and a unique round of 9-holes right on your doorstep: golfers spend their days on the Kulmpark course. This golf course not only scores on tradition and history - its location in the Engadine mountain scenery is a bonus in itself. The St. Moritz Golf Club was founded over 125 years ago and its first course was established in Kulmpark. Along with the grand hotels and their international clientele, golf also came to the remote Engadine mountain valley. In cooperation with the St. Moritz golf architect, Mario Verdieri, the Hotel Kulm has redesigned the historic course of the Kulmpark. The result is a new 9-hole course, one of the highest in Europe. It impresses through variety and rhythm which thoughtfully combine alpine landscape and high-tech golf architecture. Golf enthusiasts push their golf trolley to the next tee with a unique backdrop scenery of 3000-metre-high Engadine peaks and enjoy the sporting activity in harmony with nature. Golf is known for strengthening muscles, the mind and the immune system. What at first glance looks like a leisurely walk for many people is, in reality, quite a challenge: just one correctly executed stroke moves 124 of our total of 434 muscles... After so much activity, the day can be rounded off with one or two drinks at the bar of the nearby Hotel Kulm.
